Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account dashboard and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Hardware

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the hardware or verifies the digital license deactivation, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
